We're a small family-run business, so a late cancellation usually means an empty room.

• More than 14 days before arrival: full refund, or move your dates free of charge.

• Less than 14 days before arrival: we keep your deposit or the first night's rate, whichever is greater.

• No-shows and cancellations within 48 hours of arrival are charged in full and are non-refundable.

• If we're able to re-book your room, we may refund you or move your booking to new dates, at management's discretion.

• Bushfire, flood or road closure means you can't safely reach us? You choose a full refund or new dates.
